This directory contains a sub-directory LARE to receive file from Laredo.
They come in named something like:
E70230324160559.RAWLFRP

Then the script
/usr/local/bin/rename_laredo.sh
runs and renames them to something like:
LARE_23032416_0559
and creates
dir.list
which contains a list of all the files in the LARE directory.
